Transition is a not-for-profit organization that brings products and services to people in an effort to help them help themselves. We offer opportunities through our whole family approach department, mentoring department, and greater in education department.
Since the creation of the organization transition, we have remained focused on our mission. We have provided services for families through our greater in education department or through our mentoring department where we tutor leaders of tomorrow or through our whole family approach department where we give away in-kind products and services to families in need.
We have a dedicated group of volunteers resulting from the vision of our founder, who recognized that it takes more than money to help others succeed. They have not only dedicated their time and energy but also their hearts and souls as well. Their passion and dedication have created an environment in which everyone feels special and recognized. Because of this, everyone is able to understand that through education he or she can can conquer anything.
