A Way to Housing was created to support individuals experiencing temporary, emergency, or long term housing needs. This initiative was built to meet the growing demand for safe, structured living spaces where people can reset, stabilize, and plan their next steps.
Our homes provide more than a place to stay. They offer consistency, structure, and the kind of environment people need to stay focused, work toward their goals, and move forward.
While there are no formal program eligibility requirements, we do ask that recipients have verified income to cover the cost of their living space. This helps ensure that each person can take full advantage of the support and resources provided.
Enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own room in a modern, quiet setting. Our single living option is ideal for individuals who prefer a peaceful, personal space to rest, reset, and refocus. Included amenities private furnished room with bed, mattress, and linens nightstand with storage and decor; window with natural light and blinds; clean, fully maintained common areas; utilities, Wi-Fi, and basic lifestyle assistance; and 24/7 onsite oversight for added safety. Perfect for those seeking independence with the peace of mind that comes from living in a structured, supportive home.
Our co living spaces bring together individuals in shared rooms that are thoughtfully arranged, welcoming, and well managed. This option offers affordability while fostering a sense of connection and community. Shared co-living includes a twin size bed with storage and furnishings, a shared room with a like minded individual, organized storage drawers and decor, a privacy wall for added personal space, cleanliness checks and maintenance, utilities, Wi-Fi, and house supplies included, and onsite staff with house rules to maintain peace and respect. Co-living is great for those who want to save on rent, build relationships, grow in a shared environment, and is especially ideal for individuals with budgeted incomes.
Whether you choose single living or co-living, all residents at A Way to Housing benefit from a welcoming, judgment free environment, house rules that ensure structure, respect, and cleanliness, month to month or 3 month stay agreements, evaluation and renewal options based on standing, and a zero tolerance policy for unsafe behavior to protect all residents.
